On July 26, the Office of Xiamen Leading Group for BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Innovation Center (BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center) and Fujian Normal University signed a think tank cooperation agreement. Huang Feng, executive deputy director general of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center, and Huang Maoxing, dean of the Free Trade Zone Research Institute of Fujian Normal University, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. Li Ming, deputy director of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center, attended the signing ceremony.

The two parties will conduct cooperation revolving around the compilation and release of the Blue Book "Report on the Development of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center" and the reference and research of international organizations to provide intellectual support for the construction of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center. On behalf of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center, Huang Feng expressed a warm welcome to Professor Huang Maoxing and his group. He hoped that through think tank cooperation, the research advantages of FNU would be fully utilized, and the compilation of the Blue Book would be initiated as soon as possible in order to promote the implementation and transformation of research results and assist the construction of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center in producing concrete results. Huang Maoxing briefly introduced the relevant situation and research results of the FNU Sub-center of National Economic Comprehensive Competitiveness Research Center. After the signing ceremony, the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center also organized relevant experts to review the framework and content of the Blue Book.
