Project introduction:

This technology is an internationally advanced urban sewage treatment technology independently innovated and developed by Hunan Sanyou Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The technology is based on the basic principle of activated sludge process. By adding the micron-level composite powder carriers to the sewage treatment biochemical unit, the biomass and biological activity in the unit volume can be greatly increased, and the sewage treatment efficiency can be doubled. At the same time, a fluidized bed system with "double sludge" symbiosis of suspended growth and attached growth is established in the same biochemical unit, which has the dual characteristics of activated sludge process and biofilm process. Through the sludge settling-separation unit and the carrier recovery unit, the "dual sludge retention time" is realized, and the capacities for nitrogen and phosphorus removal are improved simultaneously.This technology can be used for new construction and upgrading of urban sewage plants, and can be combined with conventional processes such as oxidation ditch and AAO. It breaks through the world-wide problem of long biochemical time in the sewage treatment industry, shortens the hydraulic retention time of the sewage A/O treatment process from 12 hours to 4 hours, and increases the treated sewage volume by 1-2 times.By adopting this technology, the water treatment capacity can be doubled without additional land use, and the effluent quality can meet the class IV standard for surface water, improving efficiency, saving investment, saving land, reducing operation cost, shortening the construction period, and achieving significant carbon emission reduction benefits, which is of wide promotion significance. At present, it has been popularized and applied in more than 20 provinces in China, such as Hunan, Hainan, Hubei, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Jilin.
