Project introduction:

This project builds a data-driven AIoT production collaboration platform for machine tools. Through the machine tool Internet of Things to generate and collect data from different dimensions, massive, multi-source and heterogeneous, and superimpose the artificial intelligence algorithm framework built in the "machine tool brain" to realize the intelligent analysis center throughout the whole life cycle of machine tool manufacturing, unified support upper-level business services. Including knowledge-based collaborative research and development, new production management, user-centered scenario-based sales services, and efficient and integrated operational data analysis views. The construction of the platform has effectively improved the product innovation, production and operation management level of machine tool enterprises. The main innovation point of the project is to fully integrate AI technology and IoT technology capabilities to promote the intelligent manufacturing of machine tools towards "software-defined" and "digital native".
