Project introduction:

Our super-large capacity water-based lithium-yttrium battery technology for energy storage is a core technology developed independently by Chinese people from theoretical innovation to process practice to production line, the advance of this technology is mainly embodied in the innovation of battery structure and material. In the battery structure, the temperature resistance and reliability of the high-capacity monomer battery are far superior to the low-capacity lithium battery, the safety and reliability of the energy storage system composed of high-capacity lithium battery is far more than that of the energy storage system composed of low-capacity lithium battery. For example, for a 10 MW energy storage plant, our 1000AH model battery (3.3 kilowatt-hours per battery) can be connected in series and parallel with 3000 pieces, conventional 100AH lithium-ion batteries (0.33 kilowatt-hour per battery) require more than 30,000 connected in series and parallel. Thus, high-capacity battery is the most complex current national dual-carbon target under the energy storage scenario. In terms of battery materials, we use water-based binder materials to replace the traditional“PVDF + NMP” oil-based binder system for large capacity water-based lithium batteries, the resulting battery material is free of toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive substances such as PVDF. The lithium electric manufacturing process is pollution-free, and can effectively recover up to 99% of the metal materials, and 95% of the recovered materials can be used for regeneration.
