With the guidance of national policy and industrial Internet technology, CHANGAN AUTO has applied the new generation information technology on a large scale in order to tap the manufacturing potential, improve the efficiency of manufacturing operation and enhance its market competitiveness. This project is based on the digital architecture of "5G+ manufacturing collaboration", supported by Industrial Internet of Things, 5G, MEC, microservices, AI and other technologies, and has formed three technical capabilities: data center, business center, and data scenario-based enabling application.Deployed 5G base stations and MEC platforms, realized the networking of 63 types of equipment through 5G industrial gateways, and created 15 collaborative manufacturing application scenarios such as 5G+AGV, 5G+Machine Vision, 5G+AR, etc.Combined with the needs of managers, engineers and operators, the intelligent management platform is built, which is divided into six business module: production, quality, equipment, process, logistics and energy. 740 reports and 80 key indicatorsare developed to control the production process in real time.

The total investment of the project is 350 million yuan, of which about 100 million yuan is invested in the development of 5G infrastructure and data enabling application scenarios, which increases the management efficiency of manufacturing business by 22.8%, the qualified rate of products by 5%, and the efficiency of system migration by 30%. This project has obtained 31 patents, registered 11 software copyrights, and published 10 papers; The project implementation achievements won the "excellent case of digital transformation" of the SASAC in 2020, the "industrial Internet platform innovation pilot application case" of the Ministry of industry and information technology in 2021, and the "second prize of management innovation" of the Commission of science, technology and industry for national defense in 2021.
