Under the background of the digital transformation strategy of the state and the group company, FAW Jiefang carried out the big data integration innovation application project of the whole process of intelligent manufacturing of commercial vehicles, and built the first and world-class benchmark factory of intelligent manufacturing of commercial vehicles with J7 intelligent factory as the carrier.

J7 vehicle intelligent factory focuses on cost and energy consumption reduction, quality and efficiency improvement, widely applies industrial Internet technology, achieve end-to-end integration of business and deep integration of data, fully utilizes big data technology to mine business value-added points, optimize business improvement, and promote mode innovation.

In the application of big data technology, industrial Internet technology is applied to realize the whole process of data collection of production factors, and the data of human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement production factors are all online; Fully open up digital systems such as DPS, MOM and LES, realize the "end-to-end" data integration of the three core businesses of products, orders and manufacturing, realize 100% digital joint control of key elements such as planning, quality, logistics and equipment, and improve the operation efficiency by 30%; Through the collection, analysis, driving and optimization of industrial big data, we constantly promote the optimal allocation of production resources, and achieve efficient supply chain coordination, production and operation visibility and decision-making intelligence; Based on big data driving, the project innovates new modes such as intelligent manufacturing digital twin, network collaborative manufacturing, user direct manufacturing and mass customization, comprehensively improves the rapid response capability of manufacturing, and comprehensively meets the growing diversified and personalized needs of users.

At present, the main function construction of the project has been completed, and the project has entered a stable operation state. Since the trial operation, the data storage capacity has reached 120tb, and 0.9tb of data has been added every day. About 2300 people have been working on this platform, and more than 10000 events have been handled daily.
