Project introduction:

The team took the lead in proposing the laser ultrasonic low-temperature solid-phase additive manufacturing technology, and obtained the national patent authorization. The common technical problem of insufficient sound source power density in the current international ultrasonic additive manufacturing technology is overcome by means of laser instant thermal compensation. The application of this technology to the manufacture of heat exchangers has the following advantages: First, compared with the existing heat exchanger manufacturing methods, the metal material is in the solid phase during the processing, and the processing temperature is lower than the melting point of the material, which eliminates the traditional processing method due to the metal remelting zone. It can effectively ensure the reliability and stability of the heat exchanger; secondly, this technology can integrate and process the heat exchange channel into the part, which can significantly improve the heat exchange efficiency and achieve structural weight reduction and lightness. Quantify designs and shorten manufacturing cycles. In addition, the low-temperature processing characteristics and solid-phase connection mechanism of this technology make this technology suitable for the preparation of laminated composite materials such as titanium/aluminum, copper/nickel, and aluminum/nickel, non-destructive implantation of sensors in metal components, and connection of smart structures and gradient materials. It has core advantages in the field, so it has a wide range of application markets in the fields of new energy vehicles, weapons and equipment.
