Project introduction:
This project aims to realize the whole life cycle of emergency management of fire and natural disasters supported by space-based systems, to build a digital twin system for long-term monitoring, anomaly capture and rescue operations of natural disasters under space-based empowerment, to realize automatic monitoring, intelligent identification and autonomous support of disasters, and to reduce the cost of natural disaster warning and rescue risks, specifically.
Abstracting the sky-ground resource service capability model, drawing in the actual operational data of space-based systems and real-time remote sensing intelligence data, realizing the digital twin simulation of space-based systems, and visualizing the service capability of space-based systems.
Using the space-based system as the main surveillance resource to achieve long-term surveillance of hotspot disaster areas, and adding artificial intelligence technologies such as deep learning to achieve intelligent identification of abnormal disaster events.
Proactively initiate disaster warning and rescue alerts, autonomously recommend rescue resources such as personnel and materials, and intelligently formulate decision-making plans for rescue operations, material distribution and logistics support to enhance the intelligence of disaster rescue command and decision-making.
The project adopts an edge computing architecture to build an underlying platform for computing services and a service platform for business systems, adapting to the characteristics of multiple platforms such as computer terminals and mobile phones, and realizing platform interoperability. The natural disaster intelligent emergency digital twin system empowered by space-based includes an algorithm learning sub-system and a business service sub-system, enabling independent research and development and parallel support of algorithms and business.
