Project introduction:

The ultra-thin solar rolled glass intelligent molding technology and complete sets of equipment project has completed the intelligent molding of ultra-thin solar rolled glass, enhanced production capacity, promoted the digital transformation of enterprises, and realized the unmanned operation and flexible and intelligent production of the entire molding section through the development of rapid cooling process, lip brick adjustment system, intelligent pressure control system, air cooling process, intelligent remote closed-loop linkage system and intelligent moulding system based on big data analysis, etc. The project results have been successfully applied to many production lines at domestic and international markets, such as Yixing New Energy Project, AVIC San-Xin Project, Henan Xuchang An-Cai and Gold Plus India, and has achieved the thinnestthickness of 1.5mm ultra-thin photovoltaic glass production.The project has obtained a total of 4 invention patents, 62 utility model patents and 9 software copyrights, with various indexes at the international leading level, and has been awarded the titles of Anhui First Set and Anhui Industrial Excellence.The results have been applied in hundreds of production lines at domestic and overseas, with annual sales of over 200 units and also exported to BRICS and BRICS+ countries every year.

In the past three years, the achievement has added more than RMB 800 million to the company's sales revenue and more than RMB 150 million to its profits.
