Project introduction:

This project focuses on the unfavorable factors in the field of traditional drilling rigs,such as high labor intensity, harsh working environment and low efficiency, anddeveloped the first set of intelligent drilling rig system applied to fixed offshore drilling platforms in China. The rig ishighly integrated with traditional equipment and automation and intelligent technology. The main features of the drilling rig system are as follows:

1) The first set of domestic modular drilling rig integrated control system, ring network communication control schemeand super drill control are used to achieve intelligent and digital drilling operation, making drilling rig control more comfortable and reliable.

2) Intelligent anti-collision interlocking system is applied to prevent the risk of collision, the drilling rig operation is safer.

3) Online monitoring system is applied to realize remote real-time monitoring of the  status and parameters of all equipments, so as to achieve early detection and resolution of equipment faults.

4) The first set of domestic modular drilling rig catwalk machine is applied in place of manual operation.

5) The first full hydraulic turntable of the first modular drilling rig in China improves the automation level of the drilling rig.

The project have fundamentally improved the harsh operating environment of drilling operations and helped petroleum energy extraction to be more efficient, safe and comfortable.
