Project introduction:

Oil pipeline operation optimization technology is a kind of basic support technology that can bring low-cost, efficient operation and dynamic monitoring of oil pipeline network intelligent operation management system for pipeline operation enterprises, integrating three sub-technologies of pipeline network batch plan optimization, pipeline network batch hydraulic online simulation and online monitoring of pipeline network operation conditions.

(1) Enables rapid preparation of batch plan, while the deviation of oil demand is less than 5%, which has helped enterprises to reduce operation cost by more than 10 million CNY through application in several pipeline network companies, including reducing energy consumption by 10%, reducing pollutant emission and contributing to the goal of "carbon neutrality".

(2) Achieving accurate tracking of the batch interface, reducing the tracking error by 60%, becoming a powerful assistant for field operators to obtain the arrival information of the batch interface in advance, thus laying a good foundation for more accurate oil mixing interface cutting, guaranteeing the quality of pipeline oil products, and reducing the cost of oil mixing treatment for the enterprise by more than 10 million CNY per year.

(3) Overcome the shortcomings that existing technology has blind pressure observation area, can accurately monitor the pressure condition at each position during the operation of pipeline network, prevent a series of major accidents caused by pipeline overpressure, realize real-time accurate monitoring of the operating conditions of pipeline network, monitoring accuracy reaches 95%, assist field operators to make accurate judgment on the operating conditions of pipeline, and strongly reduce the problems such as equipment damage caused by abnormal operation.
