Project introduction:

Manufacturing operations management (MOM) system as one of core industry software, in view of the manufacturing operations in the process of coordinated control and decision-making management play a supporting role, but the present stage MOM technology development and application of common low degree of standardization, platform, the integration scenario complex, implement the problem of large differences, in the field of discrete manufacturing industry, especially in machinery industry. Under this background, the project team developed an intelligent manufacturing operation management platform (iMOM) with independent intellectual property rights. Through MOM model innovation integrating advanced management theories, it adapted to the new intelligent manufacturing model and the changing needs of enterprises. Through MOM key technologies and platform research and development innovation, it solved the problem of poor universality of MOM software. Through industry-orientedMOM platform integrated application innovation, improve the system intelligence level and integration optimization ability. The software technology platform of iMOM realizes the reconfiguration of software development and customization of customer development; the business function platform realizes the scalability of software functions and configuration of customer applications; the industry application platform realizes the integration of software capabilities and specialization of industry applications. The innovation results of the project have formed 38 software Copyrights, 4 patents, 4 national standards, 5 group standards, 3 international papers, 3 sets of intelligent factory integration test verification platform, and 1 set of product research and development implementation system, etc. The scientific and technological achievements have reached the international advanced level as a whole. The demonstration and application of intelligent manufacturing new models have been realized in the subdivided fields of agricultural machinery equipment, electric power equipment, machine tools and other machinery industries, which has driven the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in related industries and achieved significant economic and social benefits.
