Project introduction:

This system is developed to satisfy the requirement of digitization, networking, intelligent management and operation and maintenance of the intelligent construction process of the drilling and blasting tunnel. Based on the intelligent equipment of the whole process, it uses some emerging technologies such as multi-level Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence to establish the method of the drilling and blasting. about "end-edge-cloud-user"with"multi-protocol, extensibility and low-delay" under the drilling and blasting method tunnel construction environment, builds a service system based on multi-dimensional massive, heterogeneous data collection, aggregation, and analysis in the construction process, supporting a cloud platform with ubiquitous connection, flexible supply, and efficient configuration of various resource such as human, equipment, rock. The system architecture includes five core layers: access layer, storage layer, processing layer, access layer and application layer of the data. It could build a platform with functions including storage, integration, access, analysis and management. Around key factors such as rock identification, dynamic design, project progress and construction quality, it can open up a real-time interactive channel for construction information from the construction unit, design unit and construction unit. It is comprehensively condensed into four functional modules: intelligent identification of the rock, dynamic design interaction,  reconstruction of construction scene, and intelligent quality control. It realizes the construction experience of integrating, analyzing and sharing the digital information of tunnel surrounding rock, design, construction and equipment on the collaborative interactive system, forms the closed-loop control of data, and realizes the real-time and efficient collaborative decision-making of human-machine-rock.
