Aiming at the lack of key technologies of digital aero-engines in the domestic market and the traditional engines with a series of market pain points such as high fuel consumption, short life and high failure rate, the project independently developed a fuel jet controller, a high-pressure micro fuel pump and a general aviation engine EFI control module. , using the deep learning algorithm to train massive engine operating condition data, realize that the control module can adjust the engine operating parameters according to different flight environments, maintain the best operating condition performance in real time, with low fuel consumption rate, long service life and low failure rate, etc. A series of advantages.

It mainly conducts research on the production technology of small and medium-sized intelligent general aviation engine control modules, and has made a lot of technological breakthroughs in the field of aviation heavy oil engines. With the production and sales of intelligent aviation engines and their control modules as the main body, it provides an overall solution for engine digital control modules. At the same time, take into account the research and development and production of aviation model supplies and civil aircraft and their parts. In line with the development trend of the use of heavy oil in the international general aviation field, the development of the first domestic heavy oil CNC general aviation engine broke the dependence of the domestic market on the foreign market and improved the digitalization and intelligence of the existing domestic small aviation engine.

The project has received a total of 750,000 financial support, and produced 10 related patents, including 3 authorized patents and 6 patents pending. A total of 15 prototypes have been trial-produced, and 60 air tests have been carried out. Breakthroughs have been achieved in the three main development areas of , lightweight oil pump development and integrated development.
