High precision and high-speed end face directional cutting equipment for large-size crystals, which has achieved a major breakthrough in cutting large-size sapphire, optical glass, jade and other super hard and brittle materials with a single diamond wire. The equipment has the function of swinging cutting, which can reduce the cutting area of products by swinging the diamond wire and realize the cutting of super hard and brittle materials; It has the functions of online crystal direction automatic detection, 360 ° automatic rotation of the workbench, and automatic adjustment of the pitch angle, and can realize accurate cutting for products with crystal direction requirements. The equipment has achieved significant improvement in processing efficiency while ensuring high speed, high accuracy and high reliability. The research results have made breakthroughs in the industry's common and key technologies, and play a leading, demonstration and driving role.
The team has successfully developed high-precision and high-speed end face directional cutting equipment for super large crystals through the cooperation of schools and enterprises, breaking through the foreign technology blockade. At present, the project has three core supporting technologies: precision machinery design and manufacturing technology, automatic detection and control technology, and precision electrochemical technology. The core support technology is the basic support for the company to output the core application technology and belongs to the category of industry general technology. The project has made breakthrough progress in the industry general technology and key technology.
The equipment belongs to the key field of short board products. The equipment is a special machine tool equipment specially developed for cutting in the preparation process of high hard and brittle materials. It has successively provided supporting facilities for domestic industry leading enterprises and scientific research institutes such as Grirem, Beijing Zhong Ke San Huan High-Tech Co.,Ltd., China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingci, 52 Institute of ordnance industry, and advanced laser Research Institute of Institute of physical and chemical technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
