Project introduction:

Bycombining AI vision technology and 5G transmission technology, create an industrial MV (machine vision) detection cloud platform to bring the improvement of vision detection. This solution can not only complete the appearance dirt detection and box damage detection of the washing machine, but also realize the quality detection of the washing machine such as Ncodes and screw missing detection.

Unlike other products, due to the large size of household appliances, the whole detection process requires high network speed.The traditional detection method is to detect and identify through the local deployment of the industrial control computer, but the cable is easy to be worn; The detection algorithm is deployed locally, so the algorithm sharing cannot be realized; The detection result data is stored in the local industrial control computer and cannot be fully and effectively utilized . After the application of 5G + MV, there is no need for network connection on the site, and the local industrial control computer is cancelled. Instead, the industrial camera and integrated visual inspection equipment with embedded 5G modules are used.The equipment can realize simple deployment on industrial site; The algorithm platform can realize multi station sharing and multi scene sharing.

The project can be popularized and replicated to the whole household appliance industry. First, 100% interception of defective products is realized. Second, due to the sharing of multiple scenarios of the algorithm, the software cost is effectively reduced by 30%; Third, on the 5G + machine vision cloud platform, through the summary and analysis of defect data, the causes of defects in the manufacturing process can be inferred to improve the yield rate in the manufacturing process.
