Focusing on the maintenance and manufacturing of bogies and the whole-life operation and maintenance management process, improve process design and manufacturing capabilities, reduce manufacturing costs, build intelligent workshops, and transform into a "manufacturing + maintenance + service" enterprise. Carry out research on virtual design, intelligent equipment, intelligent logistics, manufacturing execution system, intelligent operation and maintenance, etc. The specific innovations are as follows。

1. Apply intelligent sensing, online tracking, self-adaptation, optical detection, visual recognition and other technologies to develop intelligent sensing equipment, realize intelligent equipment to replace labor, improve quality control, increase production efficiency, and improve operating environment.

2. Develop 5 flexible production lines for maintenance, inspection and assembly to meet the discrete production of multi-variety and multi-repair bogies.

3. Build an end-to-end intelligent logistics information system centered on the company. Realize project-production-purchase-three-day-supply-distribution plan coordination, and form a JIT, VMI, safety stock-driven distribution model.

4. Establish a discrete standardized operation model, and realize the process-based and standardized management and control of discrete manufacturing according to the discrete characteristics of bogie maintenance.

5. Intelligent equipment and digital systems are deeply integrated. Through the integrated application of PDM, MRO, WLCS, WMS and SCADA systems, the four elements of enterprise resources, technology, manufacturing and operation are organically combined with logistics and information flow, and data is used to drive production.

Technical achievements and application promotion

The research results have completely independent intellectual property rights and 24 authorized patents. CRRC Qingdao Sifang Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. has built a world-class intelligent workshop for overhauling bogies. The technical achievements have been applied to the overhaul of the bogies of Fuxing, Harmony and Intercity EMUs, and the output has exceeded 6,000 units.
