The International Economic and Technological Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (referred to as the "National Cooperation Center") is a bureau level public institution specialized in international industrial cooperation, affiliated with the Electronic Information Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

The China International Cooperation Center focuses on three major businesses: international cooperation, policy research, and exhibition display, focusing on building a high-level international cooperation execution platform, a high-end internationalization research think tank, and a comprehensive economic and trade service institution in the industrial and information fields. It continues to improve the internationalization development level of the industrial chain and supply chain, providing strong support for serving China's diplomacy as a major country with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a strong manufacturing network power.

Main responsibilities:

（1） Under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, establish a multi bilateral international cooperation execution platform, carry out policy exchanges, industrial cooperation, project docking, talent training, park construction and other international exchange activities with relevant international organizations, overseas institutions, local governments, and Chinese and foreign enterprises, and promote the landing of international industrial cooperation projects.

（2） Carry out research on international cooperation in the industrial and information technology industry chain supply chain, international economic and trade rules, industrial green development, digital economy, and other related fields, undertake the WTO compliance assessment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, respond to economic and trade frictions, and provide decision-making support for national departments and local governments to formulate relevant plans, policies, standards, and other related work.

（3） Organize professional training on cross-border business management, international economic and trade rules, digital and green transformation, foreign-related laws, and international disputes in the fields of industry and information technology, to provide support for relevant external training exchanges.

（4） Organize and hold international exhibitions, conferences, and forums related to industry and information technology both domestically and internationally.

（5） Undertake other tasks assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
