The BRICS Talent Training Service Platform is an important starting point for carrying forward the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on building the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center and promoting pragmatic cooperation in the field of talent training in BRICS and “BRICS Plus” countries.

Based on the principle of “complementary advantages, resource sharing, co-education of talents and common development”, the Platform will be based on the construction of Xiamen BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center, fully satiate the talent training needs of BRICS and “BRICS Plus” countries, integrate governmental and private resources that help improve industrial capacity, build a talent training service platform with information communication, resource sharing, exchange and cooperation as a whole. By building a multi-level, multi-mode and multi-channel talent training system, it aims to cultivate high-level, compound and multi-channel talents. By establishing the BRICS talent training resource bank, it aims to improve the talent supply capacity of BRICS innovation base, reserve more outstanding talents for the cooperation and development of BRICS and “BRICS Plus” countries, and enable Xiamen BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center to become the first home for BRICS talents to settle in China.

The BRICS Talent Training Service Platform will provide data management system, CMS portal management system, resource management system, organization management system, publicity management system, content audit management system and user management system for basic data services, as well as training system, talent supply and demand matching system, project display system, online live streaming system and talent pool management system for talent training services, so as to render comprehensive talent training, talent consultation, talent evaluation, talent matching and industry linkage.
