The BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership Innovation Alliance is a national, comprehensive, service-oriented, and non-profit cooperative organization initiated and established by relevant enterprises, universities, research institutes, financial institutions, and industry associations of BRICS and BRICS+countries based on the principles of equality and voluntariness. The alliance aims to serve the innovation base construction of the BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership based on high standards, adhering to the spirit of openness, inclusiveness, cooperation, and win-win, adopting the path of promoting official affairs through the private sector, and collaborating with various forces such as the BRICS and "BRICS+" countries' embassies and consulates, leading enterprises, industry organizations, financial institutions, research units, Chinese and overseas Chinese, to jointly create a new type of cross industry, cross field professional civil organization for industry, academia, research and application, Through policy exchange, standard research, talent cultivation, technology transfer, project cooperation, platform construction, financial services, and other means, promote practical industrial cooperation between BRICS and BRICS+countries, and promote common development between BRICS and BRICS+countries.

Under the guidance of the Innovation Base Council of the BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership, the alliance has established institutions such as the Council and Secretariat. Establish branch offices (professional committees, working groups) based on industry fields or specialized work to carry out exchange activities in areas such as technological innovation, policy planning, standards and specifications.

The alliance mainly conducts work in the following areas:

Promote project cooperation in the field of the New Industrial Revolution. Build public service platforms in the fields of digital economy, marine economy, green economy, advanced manufacturing, medicine, healthcare, new materials, new energy, infrastructure, etc., establish a list of BRICS enterprises and project libraries, and publish demonstration projects and best practice cases. Organize meetings, forums, exhibitions, and other exchange activities for BRICS and BRICS+countries.

Build an applicable technology innovation transfer application platform. Establish a joint innovation platform for the BRICS industry, and guide the implementation and transformation of scientific research achievements, research teams, and research projects through services such as technology consulting, resource recommendation, matchmaking, training and guidance, incubation and landing. Establish a BRICS collaborative innovation ecosystem through high-level technology and team introduction, joint research and development, and joint construction.

Deepen the stability of the industrial and supply chains of BRICS countries. Utilize the advantages of BRICS innovation bases and promote the establishment of logistics centers and offshore trade centers for BRICS countries. Assist the establishment of offshore trade tax arrangements and negative lists for cross-border service trade that are in line with international standards in the BRICS innovation base, promote the establishment of special cooperation zones for BRICS countries, provide support for BRICS industry cooperation projects, promote cooperation among BRICS enterprises to explore third-party markets, and create a large market for BRICS trade and investment.

Promote cultural exchange and cooperation through partner city construction. With the goal of deepening the connection between the people of the BRICS countries, we will promote the construction of partner cities for the new industrial revolution in the BRICS countries, support partner cities in holding city forums, innovation competitions, and carry out various forms of exchange activities such as cultural tourism, film festivals, and sports games. Establish a new industrial revolution talent training consortium, build a BRICS talent training service platform, and build a talent training system for the BRICS industry. Carry out macro forecasting of talent and professional demand for the new industrial revolution in BRICS countries, and timely release talent demand forecasting reports in key areas.
